Ian Clark left a lasting impression on the Golden State Warriors and the rest of the NBA Summer League.
Clark scored 33 points off the bench and made seven 3-pointers in a 91-77 victory over the Phoenix Suns in the inaugural championship game of the NBA Summer League on Monday night in Las Vegas.
The former Belmont shooting guard was named the game?s MVP. Clark, who went undrafted last month, scored 19 points in the second quarter. He was 12-of-19 from the field and 7-of-10 from 3-point range in 28 minutes.

Former Vanderbilt forward Lance Goulbourne grabbed a team-high nine rebounds and scored eight points for the Warriors.
Clark, 6-foot-3, 180 pounds, had averaged just nine points a game for the Warriors, who went 7-0 in summer league play. But this was his second stint of the summer. The Memphis native averaged 16.4 points and 2.2 steals for the Miami Heat nearly two weeks ago when he was named to All-Orlando summer league team.
Clark was the co-Ohio Valley Conference player of the year last season and graduated from Belmont as the program?s NCAA era all-time leader in points and made 3-pointers. He led the Bruins to three NCAA Tournaments, four conference regular-season championships and three league tournament titles.?
