Over A Year After Tango, Skype Adds Video Voicemail Option

After this morning's news that the transition from Windows Live Messenger to Skype will be delayed, word comes that Skype will now begin testing a video messaging feature. Essentially like a video voicemail option, this will allow users to record messages for contacts who aren't online, which can be played back when they return to Skype.
