Okay. Sandwich week has nearly done me in. After having to go gluten-free, and as a total former bread snob, sammies have become non-existent in my little world (the bread is what makes or breaks a sandwich). I have never been a huge egg fan, yet for whatever reason egg salad always tasted good to me. These all look amazing. sniff.
